We have seen a different Brazil than we are used to so far, they are well drilled and think of their defensive duties first. This means they are unlikely to take teams apart but they are probably as difficult to beat as they have ever been.
Chile looked good in the group stage and could probably have gone further had they not drawn Brazil in the second round, they will still fancy their chances of causing an upset.
Match betting is a massively popular market and the first market most punters choose to look at as your decision in this market is likely to impact all other bets you place on the game.
Chile have been a pretty decent team so far at the World Cup and they dominated much of the play in the first half against Spain showing they can mix it with the best. Brazil are more disciplined defensively than Spain and should be able to have the measure of Chile over 90 minutes, although there could be a few scares. The odds on Brazil look more than fair and they rate a good bet to beat Chile.
The Asian Handicap is an interesting bet as it usually gives one team a lead that should be enough to cancel out any superiority the favourites for the game have.
Brazil are a confident bet to win this game and if they win the match this bet can't lose. If Brazil only win by one goal, which is entirely possible, you will get your money back. There is a good chance however that Brazil can win this by more than one goal as they have a tight defence and plenty of attacking threat so this looks a good bet with relatively low risk.
Take a look at recent results for the two sides to help decide what the best bets are in the over/under betting and also the correct score market.

Brazil have shown off their tight defence so far by conceding just one goal in the group of death and with Chile having scored three goals in three games you have to say Chile do have some attacking threat, but those goals included a goal against ten man Switzerland and a deflection against Spain so Brazil will probably be unlucky to concede.
Brazil have a similar level of attacking threat to Spain, who put two goals past Chile, and with Chile keeping clean sheets in their other two games it seems unlikely Brazil will get more than two goals. A two goal haul looks most likely for Brazil so with the expected clean sheet 2-0 has to be the correct score pick.
Some of the most fun markets to bet on are the player markets, such as first goalscorer and anytime goalscorer. They are usually relatively big odds and can give plenty of reward if you pick correctly.
Robinho and Elano are expected to return to the Brazil attack in place of Nilmar and Dani Alves who replaced the pair against Portugal. Kaak, who was suspended for that match also returns. Chile have picked up some suspensions after their game with Spain, Marco Estrada was sent off in the match whilst Waldo Ponce and Gary Medel picked up their second yellow cards and also sit out. Humberto Suazo's match fitness is still in question and he could miss out again.
Luis Fabiano was Brazil's top scorer in qualifying with nine goals and ironically he could come up against the only player who scored more than him in qualifying, Humberto Suazo. He looked very unfit in the only 45 minutes he has played at the World Cup and might not even be selected for Chile so Fabiano rates the best bet in the first goalscorer odds. Fabiano is Brazil's top scorer at this World Cup and is the man who is most often in the six yard box so everything points to the Sevilla striker scoring first.
The latest tips that include the half time result in them, some of the most popular bets here are half time result and half time/full time.
Chile can be a tough team to break down, they kept two clean sheets in the group stage and Brazil failed to score in the first half of two of their three group games so it is clear Brazil might have to wait for their goal(s) in this game. This should still be all square at half time before Brazil go on to win the game in the second half.
Luis Fabiano has repeatedly proven himself to be Brazil's best goalscorer, he was the top scorer at the Confederations Cup, he was Brazil's top scorer in qualifying, he is already Brazil's top scorer at this World Cup and he can be Brazil's first scorer agaisnt Chile at nice odds.
